Q: What's the basic difference of active and passive speaker?
A: Active speaker has built-in amplifier to transfer the signal to music/movie and played by the speaker directly, you only need to connect your active speaker to DVD/VCD player, TV, MP3/MP4, Mobile, PC, Ipod, Ipad devices directly, then you can play the music immediately.
Passive speaker don't have built-in amplifier, so it could not play the music/movie directly, you need to match an AV amplifier with it, before you choose an amplifier, please check the handing power of the speakers or notedown the basic techinical information and search help from the technicians.
Q: What's the mininum order quantity?
A: The mininum order quantity is usually started from 100-300 sets/model, our update price list is based on such order qty and this is how we get better materials offers from our suppliers. It will help you to save the shipping and delivery cost too.
Q: What should i do if i can't order that much quantity?
A: Please contact sells@risonproaudio.com to have further discussion.
Q: How long it will take to finish the production of my order?
A: We usually delivery the order within 30-45 days, but new models and your first order will take longer time as we need to design & confirm the artwork, instruction manul, silk print and packing box with you.
During the public holiday, the delivery time will effected by it since the materials could not reach us as per our normal schedule. We will push the delivery and please contact sells or info@risonproaudio.com about the update delivery time.
Q: All the products are packed by colorful packing box?
A: Most of our products are packing by brown carton box, which will offer better protection to the products.
In case you want use colorful packing box, please contact sells@risonproaudio.com to offer a new price list to you.
